This summer Café Boulud Palm Beach is offering a seasonal dinner menu featuring a selection of appetizers, entrées, and desserts, drawing inspiration from La Tête d’Or, Chef Daniel Boulud’s acclaimed New York City steakhouse. Starters include Hamachi Crudo with pepita chimichurri and strawberry vinaigrette, Summer Melon Soup with honeydew and mint, Crab Cake, and Steak Tartare. Entrées include Yellowfin Tuna with asparagus and blistered tomatoes, Heritage Chicken with chanterelle mushrooms and roasted zucchini, Grilled Prime Hanger Steak, and Garden Herb Ravioli with confit tomato and artichokes. Desserts include a Popcorn Caramel Sundae, Key Lime Bar, and Black Forest Tart.
