There’s customer service and then there is The Brazilian Court Hotel. Absolutely best guest experience. The moment we checked in we knew we were going to be wanting to come back. We actually received an upgrade and we are so appreciative as we are celebrating our 35 years together. Andrianna and Marco were so helpful on our first day they were very informative and accommodating. Don’t want to leave and looking forward to coming back.
I am not one to leave many reviews however, this hotel earned my applause and deserves a huge shout out and an even bigger THANK YOU! Thank you for taking such good care of my family and I last weekend. I was truly blown away by the kindness in every single person working for this amazing place. As soon as we pulled up we were greeted, luggage was taken care of, and we were then walked to our room. At first, I was wondering why we needed to be walked all the way to the room, that question was quickly answered. I would have never been able to find my way to the room had he not walked me to my door. Furthermore, he told us all about the iconic hotel, showed us around a little and as I mentioned earlier, was truly just so kind. Immediately I felt like I was home and that I had known this man a lot longer than 2 and half minutes. That feeling lasted throughout my entire stay at The Brazilian Court. Honestly, I've never been so sad to leave a resort. The rooms are perfect, they have everything you could need- plus the minibar prices are totally fair!! (My family went through everything!!) Bathrooms are stunning, closets are perfect for neat freaks like myself- they have a spot for everything.
Also, for the ladies reading this, I was able to make a spa apt. the same day for a manicure/pedicure!
Lastly, THE POOL!
So peaceful, quiet, and relaxing. I was able to order a salad and a glass of wine out there. Needless to say, it was a good day.
Anyways, for anyone on the fence about where to stay in Palm Beach, I highly recommend The Brazilian Court. I know we will definitely be going back!
Thanks to everyone who made our stay so wonderful!
My husband and I visited the hotel for our anniversary. We had an amazing time! Everything was clean and beautifully kept, the staff was nice and very accommodating. They upgraded our room to be by the pool and even treated us with some delicious chocolate covered strawberries and a nice card for our anniversary. While staying there, definitely check out Café Boulud for dinner and/or breakfast. It’s absolutely delicious. We love this place and will definitely go back soon. Highly recommended
The Brazilian Court is such a special place. The courtyard and pool area are truly beautiful and peaceful. Due to Covid19 most restaurants in Palm Beach were closed but we were perfectly happy to have all of our meals at the hotel. Service is amazing and friendly. Rooms are somewhat small and dark and the hallway going to our room had a musty smell. Our bathroom was large and we had plenty of storage space. Love being able to walk around town from the hotel. We felt like the staff was doing everything possible to keep the hotel clean and safe and great precautions were being taken.
We stayed here for four nights in early January and were very pleased. The hotel exceeded our expectations. We had been to the property in the past to dine at the award winning restaurant by Daniel Beloud, but had never previously stayed as hotel guests. It was a fantastic and very sophisticated experience. The staff was very personable and helpful. We particularly enjoyed the concierge service from Camilla. Also, the bellman and valet service was prompt and the bellman were always present with a smile to open doors, assist with coming and going and offer bottled water. We dined at the restaurant for dinner on three occasions and each meal was exceptional. The a la carte breakfast service was also very enjoyable. The room was spacious and had been recently renovated. The bed was very comfortable. The closet was huge, and the bathroom was very nicely sized and appointed. Everything was very comfortable. The location is perfect; just a block away from Worth Avenue, and a few blocks to the beach. We spent time enjoying cocktails in the very elegant yet cozy courtyard. We did not get a chance to spend any time by the pool as we had golf outings each day, but the pool was very quaint and inviting. Our experience at this hotel was extremely positive, and we will be coming back on every future stay in Palm Beach. The clientele consisted almost entirely of adults which made sense as it is not a great property for children. Big thanks to the staff for their attention to every detail and making sure we had a pleasant and comfortable stay. We will stay at the Brazilian Court on all future stays to PB. It was exactly what we were hoping for and expecting
We celebrated and chose the Brazilian Court to host our 30 person wedding. It was fabulous from A-Z! The Director of Group Sales was the best to work with and knocked it out of the park! He was the best in the business. The food was delicious and the setting was elegant. It was everything we could have ever wanted. The food/catering staff was on point!
We, along with 4 other couples, make a Palm Beach trip every spring. This was the first time staying at The Brazilian Court and couldn't have been more pleased! Right from the beginning, when making reservations, Ian was cordial and made us feel welcomed to the Hotel. Our rooms were spacious, the food was delicious and the service was over the top. The outdoor ambiance was as nice as the indoor graciousness. And the location is perfect! Just a block or so to Worth Avenue. We can't wait til next year to visit PB and the Brazilian Court again!
We celebrated our wedding weekend at the Brazilian Court and had a wonderful time. We had a small dinner hosted at the restaurant and it was perfect. The service and all the accommodations they provided us made our night extra special. It was a weekend me and my family will never forget. I thank all the staff and managers who assisted me through out the entire weekend, I couldn't have asked for a better time/venue! Highly Recommend !!!
My boyfriend and I stayed at BCPB for 6 days on our last trip. The staff are friendly and the service is impeccable. This is our favorite hotel in Palm Beach. We enjoy the Breakers too, but we love the boutique feel of this hotel a tiny bit more and the ability to walk a block to our favorite restaurant in PB, Buccan. The doormen are so kind. More than once they gently reminded us of a possible rain shower in the afternoon and passed us an umbrella to take, just in case. The rooms are generously sized, and it’s one of the few hotels I’ve been to that has enough storage for both our things to be hung and folded properly. The pool feels like an oasis - it’s so leafy and gorgeous, and I’m obsessed w the scent they use around the property. The courtyard of this hotel is stunning and the fountains give it such a calming vibe, one of the best parts of my day was drinking a coffee in the courtyard in the morning (and I am not a morning person!). Can’t wait to come back on our next trip!
As described, old-world glamour in a Palm Beach-style, the Brazilian Court hotel occupies a Mediterranean style villa, complete with lushy landscaped courtyards, a beautiful pool, good service, an amazing restaurant on premise (Cafe Boulud), spa, gym and etc.
We only had one night in PB, and my cousin who lives there recommended Brazilian Court. Think historic, understated luxury and warm hospitality. My only complaint is that we couldn’t spend more time there. It’s exactly what you desire in a city location
"We felt like staying in someone's lovely villa. The three story building built around courtyards has little nooks and seating areas to make a stay feel very private. Rooms are large and well furnished. They graciously delivered a coffee maker when I asked - although I would have expected a two-bedroom suite to have one. The court is also home to the famous Cafe Boulud and the lunch there lived up to the name. Pool is small and closes at sunset. Overall good value."
We overall enjoyed our stay at Brazilian court. Unique hotel in a cute neighborhood. It was very quiet the weekend we were there, which made it very nice. Our room was huge, with large bathroom and walk in closet. The biggest downside to room was it was kind of dark and our room had no view, it began to feel a little claustrophobic, eventhough it was large room. The bed was almost unbearably uncomfortable, we thought about asking for a mattress topper or something, but decided to just tough it out. We made mistake of opening windows to get a little fresh air , ended up getting tons of mosquito bites...oops! The location is pretty good. Walk to shopping and some restaurants. They will drive you if available. Short walk to beach but we couldnt spend anytime there because of horrible, horrible seaweed. The pool was cute but very small. Thank god it wasnt too busy. Bar area is cute, food expensive, but they did have a happy hour. Free coffee station set up in morning just outside bar area. We liked our stay, but doubt we would go back. Also, I think they are renovating rooms, they originally tried to put us next to room with construction.
The location is unbeatable and the quiet & quaint vibe of the hotel made it feel like we were back on our honeymoon! Absolutely loved the staff especially the bellhop Yoan!! We hope to return here soon.
