Café Boulud will offer courtyard pizza oven specials through October 31. Guests can enjoy a selection of pizzas including Margherita with bufala mozzarella, San Marzano tomato and basil; Pepperoni with Calabrian honey, whipped ricotta and pickled ramps; Artichoke with garlic-parmigiano crema, potato and summer truffle; Puttanesca with anchovies and Kalamata olives; and Porchetta with Tuscan braised pork, caramelized fennel and fontina. Guests may also add 1 oz of Osetra caviar to any pizza.
