Café Boulud Palm Beach at The Brazilian Court will welcome the New Year with a series of dining experiences on December 31 and January 1, led by Chef Christopher Zabita in collaboration with Chef Rosana Quintero.

On New Year’s Eve, guests may choose between an early Pre-Gala three-course prix fixe dinner or a late-night Gala dinner, a five-course seated experience accompanied by a DJ and a complimentary glass of champagne served at midnight. On New Year’s Day guests can expect a three-course brunch, with optional caviar service and shaved black truffle additions.
