Grown on sun-drenched slopes of clay and limestone, these expressive Merlot and Cabernet Franc wines reflect generations of family stewardship and tradition.
Executive Chef Christopher Zabita and Executive Pastry Chef Rosana Quintero will present a five-course menu, thoughtfully paired by Sommelier David Sauer to highlight the character and elegance of each wine.
