Join Sommeliere Mariya Kovacheva and Executive Chef Jim Leiken on July 18, 2013 from 7PM - 10PM for a special evening showcasing the wines of the Loire Valley. According to Mariya, this region is the largest producer of diverse white wines in France spanning Muscadet Sevre et Maine, Vouvray, Sancerre and Chinon which are among the most recognized. A few of those classics and some lesser-known but every bit delicious, wines will be featured at the dinner. Executive chef Jim Leiken will prepare four-course tasting menu.
