Café Boulud Sommelier Mariya Kovacheva’s next monthly wine dinner features wines from Calera, a California vintner most acclaimed for its pinot noir. The four-course wine-paired menu, created by Chef Rick Mace and Pastry Chef Eric Snow, will showcase the winery’s chardonnay and voignier. The special guest of the evening is Marta Rich, Calera Wine’s global sales manager.
