It's time for Cafe Boulud's annual truffle dinner! Sommeliere Mariya Kovacheva will feature the wines of Domenico Clerico from Barolo, and they will be paired with a five-course, truffle-centric tasting menu created by Executive Chef Rick Mace and Pastry Chef Eric Snow. Domenico Clerico will appear as the evening's special guest and will co-host the dinner.
Reservations are required to the dinner, which begins at 7:00 PM and costs $425 per person excluding tax and gratuity.
