Best Rate Guarantee
Find a lower, published, available rate for the same room type and dates, prior to or within 24 hours of making a reservation on our website or when calling the hotel directly and we will match that rate. Published rates do not include membership discounted rates, negotiated rates, group rates and promotional rates with limited rooms.

ADA Policy

Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 21 years of age or older to check into the hotel and must present valid photo ID and major credit card.

Check Cashing Policy
Check cashing services are permitted to guests with valid photo ID and major credit card. There is a limit of $100 per day and a maximum of $300 per week (stay).

Early Departure Policy
An early departure will result in a fee of one night room charge being posted to any reservation that leaves prior to check out.

Fire Safety Policy
The hotel is fully equipped with smoke detectors and emergency evacuation plans in all rooms and public areas.

Parking Policy
Limited curbside parking available, valet parking is recommended, and parking fees are $27 nightly, posted to your room bill.

Pet Policy
Pets are permitted at the hotel and must be 20 pounds or less. A one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $100.00 applies.

Smoking Policy
The hotel is 100% non-smoking. Should guests smoke in any room or there be evidence of smoking upon checkout, a $200 cleaning fee will be charged to the guest credit card after departure.
