On Wednesday, May 29, 2013 7PM- 10 PM Sommeliere Mariya Kovacheva, Executive Chef Jim Leiken and Pastry Chef Arnaud Chavigny will preview some of the best dishes and wines that will be featured at Boulud Sud, the summer pop-up restaurant opening at Cafe Boulud on July 3rd. The four-course tasting dinner will feature inspired food and wine pairings from Southern France, Italy, Spain, and Portugal. Henri Perez of Bertin Henri Selections will be the special guest.
